## What Mirapri does

- Guest web app (PWA) opened from a QR code or link on the guest's own phone — no download, no account.
- Shows hotel info, rooms, dining menus, spa and services, transfers, experiences, nearby places and house rules.
- Guests order paid extras (room service, spa, late checkout, transfers, tours) and send requests (towels, cleaning, maintenance) from the app.
- Requests land in the admin panel with a status flow (New → In progress → Done) and can notify staff on WhatsApp or Telegram; on Pro and Premium each request category can go to its own number.
- Admin panel: edit content, prices, photos and the local guide yourself; changes appear in the guest app instantly.
- Analytics: what guests open, ask for and order most.
- Multilingual guest app with auto-translation (up to 3 languages on Starter, 6 on Pro, unlimited on Premium).
- Mirapri AI concierge inside the guest app (Premium) answers guests in their own language.
- Own domain for the guest app (Pro and Premium), e.g. www.myhotel.me.
- Runs standalone: no PMS or channel-manager integration required, nothing to install.

- Pro — EUR 69/month: everything in Starter, up to 8 room types, up to 80 service cards, up to 6 languages, request routing per category to separate WhatsApp numbers, own domain.
- Premium — EUR 129/month: everything in Pro, up to 20 room types, up to 300 service cards, unlimited languages, Mirapri AI concierge, advanced analytics, priority support, monthly improvement call.
- One-time setup from EUR 490: first version prepared with the property's branding, content, services and QR materials. Monthly fee covers hosting, admin access, updates and support.

## How onboarding works

1. Paste a Booking.com, Airbnb, Google Maps or website link on https://mirapri.app — Mirapri pulls the name, location and photos and shows a live preview on a phone mockup.
2. Pick a colour style and typeface.
3. Tell Mirapri AI about the property by text or voice (rooms, services, prices, rules); it drafts the brief.
4. The Mirapri team prepares the first version and hands over admin access. Typical launch: 1–2 days after brief and photos.
