Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code (or open a link) and the app runs in the phone browser — no account, no login, nothing to install. They can add it to the home screen if they like.

How much does Mirapri cost?
Three monthly plans: Starter EUR 39, Pro EUR 69 and Premium EUR 129 per month. A one-time setup from EUR 490 covers your branding, content, services and QR materials. The monthly fee covers hosting, the admin panel, updates and support.
How fast can we go live?
Usually within 1–2 days after we receive your brief and photos. Paste your Booking, Airbnb or website link and describe your services — Mirapri AI drafts the first version and you review it in the admin panel.
How do guest requests reach my team?
Every request lands in the admin panel with a clear status (New → In progress → Done) and can notify your team on WhatsApp or Telegram. On Pro and Premium each category — cleaning, maintenance, spa, transfers — can go to its own number.
Which languages does the guest app support?
The guest app is multilingual with auto-translation: up to 3 languages on Starter, 6 on Pro and unlimited on Premium. The Mirapri AI concierge on Premium answers guests in their own language.
Do I need a PMS integration or an IT team?
No. Mirapri runs standalone next to your PMS or channel manager — nothing to install. You edit content, prices and photos in the admin panel and changes appear instantly. Pro and Premium can run on your own domain.
Where is Mirapri based and where does it work?
Mirapri is built by BLG Solutions in Shkodër, Albania, and works with properties in Albania, Montenegro, Greece, Italy and across Europe. The admin interface is available in English, Albanian, Montenegrin, Greek, Italian, Ukrainian and Russian.
